“This meeting with the delegation of the Shelter–Afrique bank specializing in real estate and housing financing makes it possible to reactivate the Shelter–Afrique system and mechanisms for the construction of 3,000 housing units, in order to offer the populations the better housing conditions at reasonable prices,” said the chief of staff of the Minister of Construction, Town Planning and Housing, Julio Nganongo Osseré, during the interview with the Shelter–Afrique delegation. .
